can provide large banquets or small intimate dinners. A wide
variety of Authentic French or Fusion top quality soups, salads,
entrees and desserts are available to choose from. In
addition, keeping with nutritional thinking, we offer
organic
cuisine.
We
also provide superb linens, unique tableware, decoration with
flowers, splendid table settings and royalty. We have recently
catered the long sit-down lunch of
800 guests
for Valley RFC 7's. The picture showed the dinner catered for
350 guests
at Loke Yew Hall,
University of Hong Kong.
