- Order / Cancellation
Because we cook to order for freshness, it is best
to place orders five days in advance. We do accept next day orders, but this is limited to
food items. We require a minimum of $1,000 for all individual orders. Please note that
orders cancelled within 24 hours prior to the delivery time will incur 100% of the food
and waiter charge.
Our food is delivered in insulated food transporters to
maintain appropriate temperature and ensure freshness. Delivery charges are based on
location, from $250 per single trip.
Usually a deposit of 70% is requested when reservation
has been made. The balance will be due upon delivery. Other arrangements are made prior to
Set up service
Set up includes setting up the food table, table cloth
and skirting and utensils, lighting the chafing dishes, filling bowls with
salad, rolls, appetizers, etc., and setting up coffee, tea and/ or drinks. Please prepare
the electric socket for the warming lamp, coffee and tea urn. Our arrival time is 1- 1½
hours before you are ready to eat.
How much food do I need?
Ordering food for any size group is not easy. No one
wants to run out of food, nor do you want a truckload of leftover either. Think, is your
event short or long, will there a large amount of children or a group of hungry football
players? Will you prepare any food yourself? We will tell you the average amount and you
decide if you want to increase or decrease.
Our special touches
The extra touches we provide to make your event special
include elegantly presented silver trays, European and Asian designed serving trays and
utensils, champagne flutes, wine goblets, ice carving and butter sculpture, table cloths
and skirting, flowers and candelabras and other themed table decorations for the buffet
and cocktail reception.
We own all of our equipment and are able to offer our
clients a complete line of specialty party rental equipment including tents, tables,
chairs, flatware and unique linens at a substantial discount. From music and flowers to
photography and valet parking, our team will be happily to coordinate these details for
